The deceased juvenile female falcon was examined by DGIF’s veterinarian this morning.

The DGIF Falcon cam follows the breeding season of a Peregrine Falcon pair that nests in downtown Richmond, Virginia. We hope each year that the pair will once again choose to nest at this site, so that our camera may provide an educational experience for all to enjoy.And you don't have to worry about getting stuck in a class with a bunch of 6 year olds! The cost is 5.00 per session and includes 8 hours of instruction, All Area Lift Tickets, rentals & Helmets.This program will take place this year on Thursdays beginning on January 4, 2018. The cost is 0 if you have your own equipment, 5 if you have a Season Pass and 0 if you have equipment and a Season Pass.Please contact HD Relay ( for technical support related to the camera presentation.During the summer months, it is not uncommon to see few or no sea lions at PIER 39’s K-Dock.
